Application Process

Step 2: Online Application

Complete the online application form with accurate personal and academic information. You will need to create an account on our admissions portal to access the application form.

Step 3: Document Submission

Upload all required documents, including academic transcripts, identification proof, passport-sized photograph, and any program-specific documents. Ensure all documents are clear and legible.

Step 4: Application Fee Payment

Pay the non-refundable application fee through our secure online payment gateway. The application will be processed only after successful payment.

Step 5: Entrance Examination

For most programs, candidates are required to take an entrance examination. The exam details, including date, time, and venue, will be communicated via email.

Step 6: Interview (if applicable)

Shortlisted candidates may be invited for an interview. The interview aims to assess your aptitude, motivation, and suitability for the chosen program.

Step 7: Admission Decision

The admission decision will be communicated via email. Successful candidates will receive an offer letter with instructions for fee payment and enrollment.

Student Credit Card (Bihar)

At Omkara College of Professional Education, eligible students can leverage the Bihar Student Credit Card (BSCC) Scheme to fund higher education such as BCA, BBA, MCA, and MBA.

What is the Student Credit Card Scheme?

The BSCC is a Bihar Government initiative that provides education loans to financially weaker students after 12th to pursue general, technical, or professional programs. Interest is subsidized for the borrower as per scheme norms.

Benefits

No interest payable by the borrower under the BSCC subsidy provisions.
Supports higher education for students from economically weaker backgrounds.
Applicable for programs offered at Omkara College of Professional Education.

Eligibility

Permanent resident of Bihar.
Studying at an institution recognized by a state/central regulatory body.
Loan available for higher education (general, technical, or professional programs).
Completed 10+2 (for UG) or Graduation (for PG) as applicable.

How to Apply

Visit the official portal: 7nishchay-yuvaupmission.bihar.gov.in
Click “New Applicant Registration” and enter basic details (Name, Email, Aadhaar, Phone).
Enter the OTP received and submit to complete registration.
Login with the credentials sent to your email.
Fill personal details and select “Student Credit Card” under “Select Scheme”.
Enter applicant and co-applicant details to generate your Unique ID.
Download the PDF of your application.
Visit the designated center on the notified date with the printed application and required documents.
