Fee Structure

EduInstitute is committed to providing quality education at affordable fees. The fee structure for various programs is detailed below. Please note that fees are subject to revision as per the institute's policy.

Fee Components

The fee structure includes the following components:

• Tuition Fee: Covers the cost of academic instruction
• Development Fee: For infrastructure development and maintenance
• Examination Fee: For conducting examinations and evaluations
• Library Fee: For library resources and services
• Laboratory Fee: For laboratory facilities and equipment (applicable for science and engineering programs)
• Student Activity Fee: For extracurricular activities and events
• Medical Insurance: For basic medical coverage

Payment Schedule

Fees can be paid in the following ways:

• Annual Payment: Full payment at the beginning of each academic year
• Semester-wise Payment: Payment in two installments (additional processing fee may apply)
• Quarterly Payment: Payment in four installments (additional processing fee may apply)

Payment Methods

Fees can be paid through the following methods:

• Online payment through the institute's portal
• Demand Draft in favor of "EduInstitute" payable at the institute's location
• Bank transfer to the institute's account
• Credit/Debit card payment at the institute's finance office

Refund Policy

The refund policy is in accordance with the regulatory guidelines. The refund amount depends on the time of withdrawal:

• Before the commencement of classes: 90% refund
• Within 15 days of the commencement of classes: 80% refund
• Within 30 days of the commencement of classes: 50% refund
• After 30 days of the commencement of classes: No refund

The refund process takes approximately 4-6 weeks from the date of application for refund.
